Check in and Boarding Service

We are now also offering a new service, called 'Check-in and boarding Service'. In this service the driver will park the car and offload all luggage while helping the passenger to the terminal and assisting them with checking in for their flight. The driver will then help in getting all baggage checked in, finally making sure the passenger has their boarding passes and are all set to clear security.

We have started this service after many of our valued customers requests. We know many passengers may struggle with check in process for various reasons such as, heavy luggage, elderly or vulnerable passengers, not knowing the airport or procedures, etc. Now you can rely on us in this extra service for your elderly parents or when you are travelling alone with your kids.

By paying extra £35.00 on top of your journey prices you or your family in for a hassle-free airport experience. The extra money will cover the parking charges and the driver for up to one hour. Usually the check in process takes around an hour. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the queue in the check in desks and if you want more time, that could be arranged by paying £15.00 extra for every half an hour after the initial one hour.
